To do this, simply pour water into a gastronorm container, add grill grates and hot water, and wait until the grill grates are completely clean.

Application:Heat 10 l of water without cleaner to 90-95°.
Dissolve 1 sachet of cleaner in 8 -10 l of hot water,
Insert grates, leave to act for about 2 hours.
Check the degree of cleaning,
When the grate is clean, the cleaning is finished.
If not, let it work longer.
Thoroughly rinse the grates after cleaning.
